Paddlz Privacy Policy

  1. Paddlz will not sell or authorize the use of information and personal data by third parties and will not disclose such information except as required by law.
  2. Paddlz will not sell or authorize the use of mailing lists, email lists, telephone lists or any other compilations of user-supplied information compiled or generated by Paddlz, by third parties, and will not disclose such lists or compilations except as required by law.
  3. Paddlz DOES leverage the HealthKit and HealthStore to record fitness information while paddling if the user enables this feature. Paddlz will not use, transmit, or otherwise exchange any PHI data.
